Thank for your enquiry regarding a factory fault assessment of your Vornado product.
Vornado products are manufactured with the highest quality standards. As such, any item claimed as defective must be returned to us for a factory fault assessment. The Vornado 5-Year Replacement Warranty does not apply if the damage is a result of “normal wear and tear” or if the item has been used other than for its intended purpose.
Defective items will be replaced with the same item (as per the item code on the base of the unit). In the case of a discontinued item, the defect item will be replaced with an item similar in size and of equal or greater value.

Subject to stock availability, please allow 2-3 weeks for the initial fault assessment and, if approved, the delivery of the replacement item to you.
